The “OMI ACID PROCESS” system is opportunely sized to guarantee the quantity and the concentration of acid needed for the battery production as well as the volume needed for the density correction process.

The system management software, based on volume and gravity measures, calculates the water and concentrated acid injection in order to keep the right acid gravity.

Measurements and corrections are accomplished uninterruptedly in continuous, in order to keep the density value set by the operator.
