4-in-1 Filling-Levelling-Recirculation Station

The 4in1 station is the latest development for the production of your “two-shot” formed batteries.
It permits to:

• Change the acid on two-shot batteries without dumping, but recirculating the high density acid for a few seconds,
• Homogenize the acid density allover the plates, compared to the dumping-refilling process, for a better quality of your products,
• Make the level of acid in the cells and check it, sucking out the excess acid and checking the level with fiber optic sensors,
• Filtering and full recovery of the acid, adjusting in continuous and automatically the density, to be re-used on the station.
