The new OMI ALL-IN-ONE WATER BATH, for the formation of AGM and flooded batteries:
- SCRUBBER/EVAPORATING TOWER ON-BOARD for aspiration-fumes treatment and water cooling
- Structure in Stainless Steel AISI 316L and PPs
- Automatic loading and unloading system: motorized conveyor belts in PP or tray system for battery movement
- Double side, completely independent
- Independent water circuits per each side of the water bath, with homogenous recirculation flow of water in the bath and integrated cooled storage water tank
- Water Level, Temperature and pH control
- Management of soaking time with formation process start for each circuit regulated by the software
